At ASSURÉ, we are committed to delivering your order with efficiency and care. Some products are fulfilled through our trusted overseas production and distribution partners to ensure premium quality craftsmanship and exclusive product availability.

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days, with standard shipping times typically ranging from 5–10 business days depending on your location. Free standard shipping is available on all orders, excluding hats and custom apparel. Some custom orders may take an additional time to process.

For security and fraud prevention, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or canceled by our automated verification system. ASSURÉ reserves the right to decline any order deemed suspicious or high risk.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

For international orders, customs duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
