Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. ASSURÉ Premium Collection items may take 9–14 days to ship due to overseas fulfillment.

Standard free shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for non Premium Collection items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
