Return Policy — ASSURÉ

At ASSURÉ, we are committed to delivering quality and confidence with every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note: All custom-made items, including hats, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified once the process is complete.
