At Major Figures USA, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return. Hats are not eligible for return.
